Nina Pavlovska

Senior Strategic Facilitator

Nina is fascinated how experiences, whether individual or collective, bring discovery and insights. She is an activist, feminist and a post-growth entrepreneur. She is from Skopje, Macedonia where she started her activist career when she was a teenager, fighting for equity, participation, peace and justice. Her career has taken her to work with local communities,  manage regional and global multi-stakeholder programs and contribute to complex projects across all five continents.

 

Co-creation is at the center of her work. Using participatory design approaches from the field of learning experience design, systems thinking and practice, design thinking, embodiment, Theory U and Deep Democracy, Nina delivers sense-making and generative processes that unleash new possibilities and ownership.

 

Nina has worked with international organizations, global corporations, social enterprises and feminist movements alike. She has a BA in Communication Sciences and a professional MA in International Development and Cooperation at the University of Pavia, Italy.

 

She is currently based in Amsterdam, Netherlands where she is taking care of her family and working as a fempreneur and founder of ZEZA Learning Experience Design, a steward of Disrupt Development and a Strategic Facilitator for GRID Impact.
